I have update 3.9.5 version, clear all data and download new plugin apk, decompile it, copy arrays.xml and strings.xml from value folder into value-en folder then translate into my language. Recompile and put into my phone but the result still same before , just a few words translated. I try to translate Chinese to Vietnamese and english by Decompile apk, I got strings.xml in res\value, edit all chinese to English and then recompile. Put recompiled apk file in to right folder but just a few words tralated to english, 90% still chinese. I use ENglish in my smartphone.
