Just for info: TWRP 3.3.1-9-10-19 is working fine with Xiaomi.eu MIUI 11 11.0.3 stable. Maybe i try developer MIUI11 Android 10 next week, this weeks does not seem to be too stable

Hi @ amavroudis, Quick test: it does boot into recovery and also into system Red colour is not my favorite Backup works but i have not tested restore because of my working system. Will it load and boot MIUI 11 on Android 10 successful? Any feedback already?

@geoanto555 I see a new version ( 3,3,1_30-09-test) in the Recovery list for Mi9T, but could not find a changelog. Whats new? I am on eu stable 10.3.15, but new MIUI 11 Android 10 is in development Phase and i read about lot's of problems with TWRP. I am willing to test, if it will help the community. Regards Ferdinand

@MIUI_ART It was a pleasure Will you release it now officialy or is there still work to do ? because i want to tell members on XDA that they can use it, pls. let me know. If u want i can write a quick guideline how to use it on Mi9T

Update: Backup data and images is working MTP in TWRP shows 2 folders on PC see attached System restore failed, boots into recovery again but not into system . Could only resolve it by format data and install ROM new ! (same happens to 4PDA as well) Conclusion It is usable if you know what to do, important tasks like Data backup and restore are working.

used 4PDA recovery to flash this one, everything ok-booted into system ok-reboot to recovery ok - backup data ok. Reboot to recovery again format data in Recovery ok, now my PC sees 2x internal storage and i cannot copy anything to internal storage. Looks like MTP is broken continue to flash from USB-OTG.... flash successful- boot into system-successful-restore data backup from previous 4pda- successful New data backup successful Now i do all over again just to be sure !

@ 'Amavroudis' @geoanto555 Just for your Info I tried latest unofficial TWRP from 4PDA and everything is working fine.

It boots into the Menu, but data backup still not possible.

Mornig Gents, Tried new recovery, still the same. Here are the steps i did after backup failure: Format data in TWRP Reboot to TWRP Copied latest ROM Xiaomi.eu to internal storage wiped cache and davlik backup Data, failed Booted into System installed basics MIUI booted back into TWRP Tried backup of data, failed again Boot into system, that is the actual state Logs are attached I am prepared for the next steps

Thats fine with me, we can continue in english or german, your choice. I will activate my POCO F1 again and keep the Mi9T for testing until the problem is solved.

Hi Guys, After deleting all of the sub Paths /data/misc/ still backup error and the Phone could not boot into System anymore, tried it several times always booted back to TWRP ! Even flashing latest ROM would not help so i wiped cache/Davlik/Data in TWRP and installed ROM again. Had to setup my Phone completly new and after one hour its up again thanks to my MIUI internal backup. Here is the screenshot and Log from the freshly installed ROM. I guess format data Partition is not wiping everything…

Just to be sure, all he subfolders after /data/misc/ ? There are about 20 of them.

@Georg New Recovery installed but still the same error. Log is attached. Please note that i did format data in TWRP prior to installing Xiaomi.eu ROM!

Thanks for the fast response. 1st of all i did format Data through the TWRP ! I will try the new TWRP and change Language to english and report back soon.

Hi to the developers and a great Thank you for the Recovery. It does work very well on the MI9T/Redmi K20, but i recogniced that Data backup does not work. Image Backup does work. At the moment i am on Xiaomi.eu MIUI 10.5 9.8.1 Attached find the Log and a Picture of the failure.
