Hi friend , you are asking about if it is possible to change the order of display of the items I a workout then it is impossible . It's all about the firmware version . And as all knows that we can't edit the firmware version and was not allowed in the Mi band series . So you can't edit it . Lastly, any themes and resources if you try flashing then also it can not be changed. Try asking huami about it.
