MediaTek has officially unveiled two new upper-mid-range mobile chipsets in the Helio P20 and P25, along with a new high-end SoC in the oft-rumored Helio X30.

The P20, which looks set do adorn devices like the UMi Plus Extreme Edition, is an octa-core chip built on the 16nm process. It arrives supportive of LPDDR4x RAM, ofwhich the aforementioned UMi handset could pack a whopping 6 gigabytes.
