Nothing can please more a Samsung fan than a major software update for its smartphone, right? Jokes aside, US Cellular carrier has just announced that a new update for the Galaxy Note 4 is now available for download.

The old Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is not available for purchase at US Cellular anymore, but if you own one you should be happy that the carrier still supports it with software update. The update will bump the phone's OS to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, which isn't bad at all for a 2-year old device.
