It's often the case that certain smartphone features are reserved for specific markets, regions or carriers. Sony's pretty good at it, given that the U.S variants of the Xperia XZ and Xperia X Compact handsets don't get fingerprint sensors (though there's a fiddly workaround). Prior to launch, the flagship Xperia XZ was spotted in a pink color but hitherto, it seemingly hasn't launched anywhere. Now, the Deep Pink flavor of the device has appeared in the United Kingdom, and will be exclusive to the carrier O2.
