We've seen the upcoming Oppo R9S in quite a few places so far - pamphlets, certification agencies, teasers, and rumors. Yet the phone still isn't official. We are, however, getting closer to that point, as it turns out. Oppo has already started running TV ads for the R9S and R9S Plus (yes, there will be a bigger version too) in China.
