Today MediaTek unveiled a new chipset model to join the popular Helio series - the Helio P15. It's a successor of the widespread Helio P10 with minor performance and battery optimizations. The Helio P15 packs an octa-core Cortex-A53 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and employs Mali-T860 MP2 (dual-core) GPU ticking at 800MHz. The original P10 chip has the same processor running at 2.0GHz and the same GPU clocked at 700MHz.
