The best router from Xiaomi is here in our hands and we get to test the latest Xiaomi Mi Router HD. At the same time we also get to check the Mi Router Pro, but basically they share the same design, but the HD sporting a large storage and better processor inside the black box. What is MU MIMO? Basically its the latest multi-device tranceiver technology build for the ultimate hi speed web experience. Normally when there are too many users connected at the same time, everyone speed experience will be compromised because of the shared speed. This technology enables everyone to get the same speed subscription at the same time.
Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core processor IPQ8064 dual-core 1.4GHz host processor + dual-core 733MHz network coprocessorused, it gives more stable, high-speed processing performance.
At the back we can see 4 Lan Ports, 1 is for internet in, 3 others are to be connected to desktop pc or laptops (which laptop uses lan cable these days??) There also is the USB 3.0 slot so you can insert a USB Disk or a External HDD Disk in case you are short in storage. The Power input is also located at the back as well.
After testing out the router with several users using it together, yes we did not feel any lags, we test it alone and we also test it with 10 users connected and using all at the same time. This is a good investment if you have a office/home with 6 or more users connected all at the same time.
