Attach the QC 3.0 Car Charger to the cigarette port, them take of the cover for its Male USB C port on the side (which I never know what expansion will Xiaomi be making till I received news for this new gadget. Plug in the female USB C socket from the end of the mini power bank like item that you saw in the photos. Get your USB C to USB C Cable then plug one side to the Mini Power Bank like adapter's USB C slot, then the other side to the laptop. Not charging? You forgot to turn on your car!! Turn it on and you will see it charging.
