Everytime there is a release by Xiaomi / Huami Amazfit, its always by default in Chinese. Why? Simple, its supposed to be used within Mainland China. But there are people who cannot resist the temptation to buy it before it gets released internationally, sometimes ended up disappointed due to the Chinese Language (I dont mind coz I can understand it). But hey, Im here to help you flash it to English for all those who dont understand a bit about Chinese.
Got this guide from XDA Forum from mauronofrio and all credits goes to him for this wonderful guide.
I have personally modified and make the steps simpler to follow for general users.
1. Install the Mi Fit App or update it to the latest version.

2. Go to your Mi Fit App and then your Profile, then add device and search for Watch. Select Amazfit BIP and make sure your bluetooth is turned on. Keep Watch beside your phone for easy pairing, once the watch vibrates, just click the Check on the watch screen and it will continue to pair on its own.
3. Make sure to put your Amazfit BIP on Discoverable Mode via the Mi Fit App.
4. Download the Gadgetbridge App, and the English Firmware. There are 2 versions of the English firmware, one by dpeddi and the other one by mauronofrio. Both are working anyway just a little difference in translation.

5. Extract your preferred English FW to your PC then transfer it to your phone, best is to put inside the Downloads folder.
6. Install the Gadgetbridge App on your phone then pair it with your Amazfit BIP and configure it properly.
7. Use File Explorer to open the two files inside the .res and .fw file then remember to select open with FW/App Installer (on my Xiaomi MIUI it went straight to the FW/App Installer).
8. Press Install and it will proceed in flashing it will take a while around 3 minutes. Do the same proceedure for both. (take note that when you updated the .fw file, it will reboot and you need to connect the BIP to the FW/App Installer again, but the .res will not reboot after finished installing.
9. Enjoy the English Firmware on your Amazfit BIP!
