Hello, Sorry if this is'nt the right place but i'm kinda desperate here. I writing from France. I have an issue with the gateway, I can't use custom ringtones (as doorbell). I "upload" a mp3 file but then i'm stuck at 50% on android and at 1% on Ios. As far as recording is concerned on android i'm stuck at 0%... I've seen that the app create a .AAC file of the MP3 I upload (so that work) but then nothing...stuck...It's annoying... If somebody has an idea ? I don't know where the file goes after …
