Hi Mi Note 3 Users,
This technology might be new to us users and we know that some of us are skeptical to use it at first. But hey, let me walk you thru how to set it up for the first time.
Here Goes!
Step 1: Go to Settings \ Lockscreen and Passwords
Step 2: Click Add Face Data
Step 3: It will brief you about what powers you can obtain when you use the face recognition technology
Step 4: You should first put a PIN, could be pattern of number, I chose 4 digit pin (many people messed up when they use pattern and forget their patterns)
Step 5: Input your 4 Digit Pin
Step 6: Look at your front camera for it to capture your face structure
Step 7: Success!!
Now here is my video on how to use it, based on bright background, it can easily unlock my face, but based on dim background it can unlock with delay of 1-2 seconds, but on dark areas, it cannot be unlocked and you will be forced to use PIN to unlock.
