Precision and sharpness is important if you want to cut with efficiency, thats just the main goal of the collaboration of Xiaomi and HuoHou company to bring you authentic and high precision kitchen utensils that you can count on when you are cooking. We have checked the sharpness of the ceramic knife and it was really awesome as you can see in our video wherein we zoomed in 60X just to see how sharp it really was. The scissors are pretty good as well as we can cut thru meat and vegetables as needed during cooking time.

It is carefully sealed into a plastic container so that it will not shake during transportation
