Mi Rectangular Speaker V2 Review

Its been a while since this speaker got an upgrade from its original form. Normally Xiaomi releases newer version of its speakers on a regular basis but this time it took them a while to release the 2nd iteration of the Mi Rectangular Speaker. This all new design is sexier compared to the first one, as it got boosted in other categories as well. This new speaker has HD Audio, meaning the quality of the audio is a lot better than its predecessor. It also has bluetooth 4.2 inside it, this speaker is also lighter than the version 1 and this can last for 10 hours based on thorough testing done by Xiaomi.
Xiaomi used Silver Aluminum Allow frame to give it a dashing look while the edges are chamfered and glossed. The front panel are made of plastic material to ensure the portabilty of the unit.
It has also mic, for you to take calls while you are playing your favorite music while having lunch. The build in lithium polymer battery is said to be carrying 1200mAh of juice and can muscle out 10 hours of play time just for you, of course the usage time depends on the loudness of the volume you are using.
