first how stuck on fastboot mode the phone? have you flash somthing? if not just try to clean the volume down button with isopropyl alcohol maybe stuck the button
2nt try to recover it on recovery mode mi assistant with xiaomitool v2 or mi flash pro to flash latest update recovery rom

I bought the phone brand new it come with boot loader unlocked, Ii flash HyperOS global because I had the global version on the phone, no problem at all, I was receiving OTA updates, up to 1.09 but the I decided to flash to Taiwan Rom with Mi flash it end with succes, but it did say is a wrong Rom or something like I, and then the boot loop begging, and now boots on fastboot only I read and watch videos and no luck, so what I need is and EDL authorized account for flashing with Xiaomi flash, or a firehouse program, I have Mi account and this phone is registered with Xiaomi.
