I think i've found the problem,
I read over and over on another forum in which explained that the 'device/handheld/mobilephone' had to be rooted first,
So, we can have access to this folder "Data/Data/com.xiaomi.smarthome/files/plugin/install/mpk/number",
And fortunately, i've already found an old english version of "mi home apk", and it works on my unrooted device,
