I am aware that CJ told you that your item was shipping that day. Right before the shipping we redid another round of quality control and for the second time the batch of htc 606w that we have , we found white spots on the screen so we did not ship your order out unfortunately.

Dear Sirs,Obviously you are not a serious company. After 23 days, where you were lying to us about our order, you inform us today that the phone we ordered is not available and you offer to replace it with another (which by the way is of lowest specs). This is unacceptable. Please cancel the order and give us a full refund (241,97$) immediately.

Hi I understand that you are frustrated,
It is lower spec, of course we would refund the difference between the 2 models + give you an extra 15$ discount for the inconvenience. We take this seriously and this is why when we noticed the white spots on the screens , we returned the entire batch to the manufacturer and advised all our customers. This is electronics these things do happen, and we offered you discount and make sure not to send you any items that you would not be satisfied with.
Please accept our sincere apologies.
