Xiaomi New Product Launch Event unveiled Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus and Mi TV 3S. Mi 5s smartphone featuring a metal unibody design comes with super cool ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. We also revealed the Mi 5s Plus alongside which features 13 MP dual rear camera. Both Mi 5s are fueled by powerful Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 SoC.
Lets concentrate ourselves on the Mi 5s Plus on this special coverage. Lets put to rest the rumors of a possible launch of the highly anticipated Mi Note 2 for the past few weeks, the all new Mi 5s Plus features a 5.7 inch full-HD 2.5D Curved Glass display with a brightness of 550 nits and a NTSC 94% color gamut. It is powered by the latest SoC by Qualcomm which is the Snapdragon 821 processor with a clock speed of 2.35Ghz.

Now lets proceed to analyze the just concluded launch by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun.
Rumors were right that the big phone that would be launched together with the Mi5s was a 5.7 inch big screen phone.
On specs sheet, the Mi5s Plus is smaller by 0.2 mm in width and 3.6mm in height as opposed to the Iphone 7 Plus.
The screen size is even bigger than Iphone 7 Plus in-spite the smaller sized body.
The Mi5s Plus sports a 5.7 inch screen size, as compared to the smaller 5.5 inch on the Iphone 7 Plus.
In the weight category, Mi5s Plus is 20 grams lighter in your pocket than carrying the Iphone 7 Plus.
The Mi5s Plus is pretty easy to grip on the hands as shown in the illustration.
There are Four Colors your can choose to match your lifestyle: Silver, Grey, Gold and Pink.
One of the main focus of this phone is its Dual Camera, this was also seen in the Redmi Pro
The dual rear camera of Mi5s Plus is flat on the back, unlike the embossed dual camera found in the Iphone 7 Plus. This prevents the lens cover to get scratched as its the first one to touch the table when lying flat on the back.
One thing we love in the dual camera of the Mi5s Plus is that it used 13MP on both cameras, and best yet, both are Sony Sensors! How cool is that?
Sony Dual Lens 13 Mega Pixel can sense the light elements, making that perfect captured moment.
When the two lens works together, one will take a colored photo and the other will take a black and white photo, the combination is a perfect colored photo which is very pleasant to the eyes.
The camera of the Mi5s Plus promises richer details on the photos and less noise as well.
