Hi, dear customers and friends.
We decide to change the shipping method in next days.
We used to send package via SF Air Mail, the tracking number is: RS*********NL.
It is SF and postNL's cooperation method.
But their shipping method is not safe, we lost many packages in transport, and they not give us any reply or compensate.
Also their response of package tracking and checking is very slow and bad service.
In next days, we will use three different shipping methods:
1. We will send part of orders from Spain, we send packages from China to Spain warehouse first, then make the delivery. The estimate shipping time from order created to package delivered is about 10-12 days.
2. We will make some promotion on the shipping, and add EU Express for free shipping method, to avoid the package lost risk.
3. We will send normal orders via other better transport companies' postNL/Singapore post/HongKong post.
We are trying our best to provide better service.
