We called the transport company, they told the package already sent out from China, now arrived HongKong, it is hard to stop.

We only see your order, but not receive the extra note from you about the shipping method.. ( χαζός ήμουν δηλαδή να επιλέξω AirMail αντί για DHL και να μου έρθει το πακέτο μετά από ένα μήνα.. απλή λογική! ( επίσης έστειλα 2 email για την προσοχή περί τελωνείου κλπ )
This item is super heavy, net weight is 2.9kg.
So we all send it via DHL or other express methods.
But because it is not expensive, so there has not high risk to have problems with customs and tax.
Many customers all receive it safe.
Please don't worry about this.
If the customs stopped our package, we will provide the Paypal invoice and order link, you show them and declare the fact, because this item's value is really low.
If there has tax, also please don't worry.
Please just try to talk with them, we can share part of it for you is possible.
